“The future VMRO-DPMNE government will introduce the lowest profit tax in Europe, which will be scaled, and will be a plus motive for domestic companies to expand and grow. According to the new measure, companies that will make a profit between 20 and 30 million euros will pay a tax of 8%, companies that will make a profit of 30 to 50 million euros will pay a tax of 6%, while those that will have a profit greater than 50 million euros will pay a profit tax of 5%. This measure will be a plus motive for Macedonian companies to invest in their growth in order to reach the more favorable category for taxation, but also a strong signal for large multinational companies to open or move their headquarters here in the country,” added VMRO-DPMNE.
