The caretaker government has no political mandate and is limited to the implementation of the electoral process and cannot represent projects for which it is not authorized and there is no question of constitutional amendments. VMRO-DPMNE is clear that we will not accept constitutional amendments under Bulgarian dictate. Kovachevski, Marichikj and Osmani will have to explain in Brussels why they took on an obligation that they cannot fulfill, said VMRO-DPMNE MP and EC member Antonijo Miloshoski in an interview with Sitel TV News.
Miloshoski emphasized that as the head of the government one cannot undertake the obligation that two-thirds of the Parliament will support, without consulting or not consulting the people in a referendum or elections.
“The responsibility for Macedonia’s failure to start negotiations lies with DUI and SDS and their servility. Hoping that whatever they accept towards Sofia will give them weeks or months longer reign. Aside from this part, corruption in Macedonia is at such a high level, we even see foreign diplomats say it as an endemic phenomenon, a widespread deviation. Member countries see us as a country stuck in corruption,” said Miloshoski.
