The Crisis Management Center (CMC) saw a total of 2,145 calls to the Single Emergency Number 112 in the last 24 hours, an increase from the previous number of 2,020. Of these, “real” calls were 42.33%, and 57.67% were for other needs of citizens that were not urgent.
According to the general nature of the events for which the citizens called, 56.14% were directed to the Police, 38.25% to the Emergency Medical Aid, and 3.51% to the firefighters of the actual calls to 112 in CMC.
