The suspect in the murder of Vanja Gjorchevska and also her father Aleksandar Gjorchevski should go to house arrest, instead of being in prison detention, this is what his defense attorney, lawyer Vladimir Tufegdzikj, demanded on Tuesday.
According to Tufegdzikj, replacing effective detention will help the family affected by the tragedy.
“Although we highlighted a special proposal to replace the measure of detention with a measure of house arrest, I am aware that the procedure for the abolition of detention will continue. Although no measure against the suspect is justified, the measure of house arrest will maintain the cohesion of the family which is deeply affected by this tragedy” Tufegdzic stressed.
