The police informed that at 6:50 p.m. on Saturday it was reported to the Velespolice that on the Veles-Skopje highway, after the Otovica toll booth, a traffic accident occurred between a passenger vehicle Renault Meganewith Skopje license plates, driven by I.K. (41) from Skopje and a cargo vehicle with Gostivar registration marks, driven by Z.D. (57) from Gostivar.
In the accident, V.K. (39) and a minor, both from Skopje, passengers in the Renault vehicle, suffered serious injuries.
They were transported to the Mother Teresa Clinic complex in Skopje, where V.K. was pronounced dead.
