The Skopje Police Department on Friday (31.05.2024) continued the road traffic controls throughout the capital. A total of 114 measures have been imposed on the territory of the city of Skopje, including 14 sanctions for driving without a driver’s license, six sanctions for using a mobile phone while driving, seven measures for passing a closed signal – red light, six sanctions for not using a seat belt, etc.
“Road traffic controls will continue in the coming days. We appeal to the citizens to respect traffic rules and regulations in order to increase traffic safety and contribute together to safer roads,” said the Ministry of Interior.
