The Public Prosecutor’s Office (PPO) informed that the Skopje Public Prosecutor’s Office issued an order for the implementation of an investigative procedure against seven persons suspected of unauthorized production and distribution of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors from Article 215 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code.
“Two of them are suspected of continuing to commit the crime, while one of them is suspected of assisting. Among the suspects, who are between the ages of 28 and 50, narcotic drugs were found – cocaine, marijuana, as well as money suspected to have come from street drug sales. PPO submitted to the judge of the preliminary procedure a proposal for determining the measure of detention for three persons and a proposal for precautionary measures for another three of the suspects,” the PPO pointed out.
