The Ohrid Police filed criminal charges against a legal entity from Kochani and V.P. (55), the owner and manager of the legal entity, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of health fraud crimes.
From 2020 until the report was filed, the second respondent, with the intention of acquiring an illegal property benefit, acquired a water tank (identical to those used in cars), an electrolysis cell and an electric charger, which he used as a burner for heating and for inhalation among citizens, through inhalation of an oxyhydrogen mixture in a gaseous state, which was used for industrial purposes.
