Macedonian Health Minister Arben Taravari, at a briefing with media representatives informed that the tender for the procurement of new compressors for the surgical clinics by the general and joint affairs service of the clinics has already been released.
Taravari announced that in the next period the priority is to update the positive list of drugs and as a novelty is the implementation of a national pharmaceutical policy with a special focus on quality and availability of pharmaceutical products.
Minister Taravari informed that in a governmental procedure, the legal amendments for abolishing the economic directors in the university clinics have been submitted, and he referred to the merger of the clinics in one clinical center, with which the tendency is to reduce the number of directors and members of management boards.
