Public Enterprise Water Supply and Sewerage – Skopje urges citizens of Skopje to use water rationally and carefully on days with extremely high temperatures.
In particular, to avoid unnecessary wastage of water for watering gardens and fields, filling pools, etc. which causes instability in the water supply in the high areas of the city, such as Pripor and Sopishte, where during the last few days, an enormous consumption of water has been observed, which, if not rationalized, can lead to interruptions in the water supply.
Based on the data provided by the PE Water Supply and Sewerage – Skopje for increased water consumption, whose daily production reaches over 340,000 cubic meters of water, which is a 30% increase compared to the winter period.
