The ‘Worth It’ coalition urges the judicial authorities to act exclusively according to the letter of the law, free from political influences and to deliver justice based on evidence presented in a fair and transparent procedure. Laws should apply equally to everyone regardless of ethnic, religious or political affiliation.
“Restoring trust in the justice system must not be reduced to daily politics. We are not happy that a political party like DUI is associated with serious suspicions and indications of numerous cases of political-family corruption. These devastating circumstances cast a stain on all Albanians. Such doubts are another plus argument that DUI must reform as soon as possible and start acting as a constructive opposition,” said the ‘Worth It’ coalition.
