A total of 28 wildfires have been registered across the country, of which 11 are active, five are under control, and 12 are extinguished, the Crisis Management Center (CMC) informed Sunday.
Wildfires that are still active are in the following areas:
Municipality of Gjorche Petrov: villages of Grachani and Nikishtani, and the fire on the territory of the Republic of Kosovo is also active – forest.
Municipality of Chucher-Sandevo: village of Brest, municipality of Ramno – mixed forest.
Municipality of Chucher-Sandevo: near the airport in Stenkovec – low vegetation.
Municipality of Struga: village of Burinec – village of Lokov – village of Selce – low-stemmed forest.
Municipality of Makedonski Brod: village of Belica, municipality of Kajorec towards the village of Breznica, near the repeater – low-stemmed and mixed forest.
Municipality of Brvenica: village of Militino – low vegetation and bushes.
Municipality of Gradsko: village of Nogaevci, extended towards village of Kochilari – low vegetation and pine forest.
Municipality of Bitola: village of Kremenica – village of Germijan – stubble.
Municipality of Staro Nagorichane: village of Rugince – low vegetation and low-stemmed forest.
Municipalities of Kumanovo and Lipkovo: village of Rechica and village of Vaksince – low vegetation.
