The minimum wage will increase as agreed by employers and workers, given that the Government has respected its rights or obligations towards those it employs in this dialogue, since 99% of the state administration has concluded collective agreements with the Government, VMRO-DPMNE MP Bojan Stojanoski in a TV appearance.
Stojanoski stressed that the minimum wage adjustment needs to be carried out via social dialogue, with unions and employers reaching an agreement through a bipartisan dialogue, emphasizing that the Government will support the decision.
“For us, and for me personally, the position that the best wage is the one that will be realistically paid is simply the best wage, because at the end of the day, workers should receive that wage. We can here cite figures that we believe may be tempting, but at the end of the day we need to guarantee that what we say, we are responsible for and that it will be paid,” said MP Stojanoski.
