No deaths related to the coronavirus were reported, for the first time since September. The virus is far from defeated, but this small victory gives us hope that we’re coming close to ending this ordeal. We must continue, however, to abide by the measures and the only way to reduce the number of fatalities is to go get vaccinated in great numbers, the Health Ministry urged.

New cases of COVID-19 were registered in Skopje, Tetovo, Veles, Kichevo and Ohrid. Nine patients were registered as having recovered from the disease in the same time period.

Since the onset of the epidemic, Macedonia has registered 155,536 COVID-19 confirmed cases after a total of 834,099 tests were made. 149,628 patients have recovered. Death toll stands at 5,471
