During his working visit to the United States, Macedonian Minister of Defense Vlado Misajlovski met with Assistant Secretary of Defense for International Security Affairs Daniel Zimmerman at the Pentagon.
“The meeting confirmed that the strategic partnership and cooperation in the field of defense are at an exceptionally high level. This represents a solid foundation for their further deepening, promotion and further strengthening of the partnership with the United States of America, in the interest of regional and global security,” said Minister Misajlovski in a press release.
The minister expressed gratitude for the support so far, which has played a significant role in the development and modernization of Macedonian defense capacities, as well as in strengthening the country’s readiness and interoperability with allies.
