Macedonian airports are the fastest growing in the region, and this is the result of the work of the past 25 months. We will continue in that direction, assessed Macedonian Prime Minister HristijanMickoski on Thursday.
Mickoski stressed that the number of flights and the number of passengers in the first seven months has no longer increased by 1, 2 or 3 percent compared to the previous year, but by 20, 30 or 40 percent.
“What is encouraging is the data that the operator of the two international airports has transmitted, the same was transmitted by the Ministry of Transport, and that is that the two airports are the fastest growing in the region in terms of passenger numbers. The World Bank also emphasizes this in the tourism section,” PMMickoski stressed.
