Skopje Mayor Orce Gjorgjievski announced that the massive cleanup campaign for Skopje will resume this Wednesday at 11:00 a.m.
“Love for Skopje is shown through actions, in every cleaned park, every well-maintained neighborhood, and in every person who decides to contribute to the city they call home. We are joining forces again with thousands of volunteers across all Skopje municipalities, driven by a strong desire to demonstrate the difference we can make when we work together. We will be cleaning up at more than 50 locations, including parks, streets, pedestrian paths, public areas, and spaces between buildings. Every neighborhood matters. Each part of Skopje deserves attention, care, and a clean environment,” said Gjorgjievski.
The Skopje mayor notes that the cleanup campaign will once again involve municipalities, mayors, students, and all citizens willing to dedicate some of their time to the common good.
