The Alliance for Albanians said today from the parliamentary rostrum that they will not attend the election of Talat Xhaferi as Parliament Speaker because they do not want to participate in the election of an official “with a bag of votes stolen by DUI”.
DUI MP Izet Mexhiti reacted after this and stressed that the accusations of the Alliance for Albanians for the conducted elections were groundless, after which there was no evidence of any falsification of the will of the citizens.
Earlier, the VMRO-DPMNE parliamentary group announced that it will not support the proposal for re-election of Talat Xhaferi as Parliament Speaker.
