Macedonian Minister of Health Azir Aliu said at a joint press conference with Skopje Mayor Orce Gjorgjievski that a lease agreement has been signed with the City of Skopje, which enables the construction of multi-story garages within the clinic complex.
According to the agreement, the City of Skopje is obliged to submit an action plan with specific deadlines within 60 days for implementing activities related to the organization, management, arrangement and maintenance of the parking lots in the complex.
The 15-year agreement has a 10 percent lease payment of the total turnover. The first phase envisages the construction of two modern prefabricated parking lots, with at least 500 parking spaces, which are expected to be put into operation by the second half of next year. The parking lots will be primarily intended for patients and employees of the Clinical Center. It is planned that one parking lot will be at the Gynecology Clinic, and the second at the church near the Clinical Center.
