Macedonian Prime Minister HristijanMickoski, responding toMP questions, indicated that anyone who commits any criminal act and is holding a leading postin astate institution will be held accountable.
HalilSnopche asked Prime Minister Mickoski whether he will take responsibility for the case with the director of the agricultural inspectorate suspected of bribery or whether he believes that it is an individual act.
“We will seek responsibility in the elections. When it comes to the support that I am seeking, I am seeking it in the elections. As for the case, if in the past more than three decades when such information reached those who led the institutions in the country, prime ministers, ministers, presidents, etc., they had resolved it in the way that I am resolving it, what is happening would not have happened to us, and if it continues to happen, I had an answer to a similar question,” Mickoski said.
“That is why I urge those who are victims of such deviant behavior to report it and they will be sanctioned. Not only this case, but also other cases from the past should be sanctioned if those who are victims of such behavior by someone who leads an institution report it and participate in the process,” PM Mickoski stressed.
