Fort the first time in history, the public will be able to follow the Constitutional Court’s sessions live via the official website and the Court’s digital channels on YouTube and Facebook starting March 4, 2026.
“Every citizen will be able to see in real time how the hearings are conducted, what arguments are faced in the decision-making process, how the legal opinion is built and what the atmosphere is in which decisions that are of essential importance for the legal order are made,” reads the court’s press release.
The Constitutional Court says that communication with the court can be carried out through the option on the Court’s website for direct electronic address to the president. Moreover, starting March 5, meetings between the Constitutional Court’s president and citizens will be organized every first Thursday of the month.
