As part of the national campaign, which is being implemented under the motto “Organ donation gives the highest meaning to humanity!”, Dr. Zhaklina Shterjova-Markovska from the University Clinic for Nephrology, urges for the importance of organ donation and raising awareness of this humane and solidarity act.
“I am part of the transplantation team at the University Clinic for Nephrology. As a team, we would like to thank all the families who, in the most difficult moments, decided to donate the organs of their loved ones and at the same time extend an appeal and strong support to the families who, in the moments of greatest loss, will decide to say yes to organ donation as an act of the greatest philanthropy,” said Dr. Shterjova-Markovska.
