End of impunity, the law applies to all, and the institutions are acting – unlike the time of SDSM and DUI’s rule, VMRO-DPMNE continues with an indiscriminate fight against crime and corruption, the ruling VMRO-DPMNE said on Friday.
“VMRO-DPMNE consistently advocates for the rule of law and a complete fight against crime and corruption, regardless of political affiliation. SDSM cannot understand when the Ministry of Interior will arrest a current director, because the Zaev and Filipche gang finds it incomprehensible that the law applies indiscriminately and is applied equally to everyone,” VMRO-DPMNE said in a press release.
Anyone who violates the law must be held accountable, the ruling party added.
“Regarding the arrest of the director of the State Agriculture Inspectorate, we welcome the action of the Ministry of Interior. This is a message to everyone that the Constitution and laws must be respected. We expect the competent institutions to fully solve the case, and everyone who is found responsible to be held accountable in accordance with the law,” VMRO-DPMNE noted.
