Following rapid escalation in the Middle East, the Macedonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade (MFA) says crisis headquarters has been set up to monitor the situation being available 24/7 to provide assistance and support to affected Macedonian nationals.
The Foreign Ministry urges all Macedonian nationals currently in the affected regions to closely follow official notifications by the competent authorities and to abide by the security protocols. It also advises against non-essential trips to the countries in the region until security is stabilized.
“With all its capacities and through the diplomatic offices, the Ministry is fully at the disposal of the Macedonian citizens and will continue to inform the public timely,” says the Foreign Ministry.
