Ohrid Mayor and the head of the GRK handball club Kiril Pecakov during his visit to Hungary met with the president of the Hungarian handball giant Veszprém, Bartha Csaba.
The focus of the talks was the development and successes of the GRK in European competitions, as well as the performances in the domestic championship and cup, for which the Ohrid club received recognition and congratulations from the Hungarian handball giant.
Pecakov says that it is a great honor when a world-class club like Veszprém recognizes the efforts and progress of the GRK Ohrid.
The meeting also discussed future strategies for the development of the clubs, as well as the prospects of European handball.
The Ohrid mayor also extended an official invitation to Veszprém to participate in the traditional handball tournament in Ohrid, with the hope that next year the tournament will be enriched with another big European handball name.
