The file of the Kosovo Special Prosecution against Fatmir Sheholli also mentions a person from Macedonia, who in the communications recorded in the investigation materials initially appears under the name “Viktor Macedonia”, while in other parts of the file the name Viktor Petrushevski is mentioned, the Albanian-language agency INA reported Saturday.
According to the indictment, as stated in the material, Sheholli’s communications were not limited to persons and structures in Kosovo and Serbia. The prosecution also recorded contacts with the person registered in the phone as “Viktor Macedonia”, which, according to the allegations in the indictment, are related to attempts to spread Serbian influence in Macedonia.
In the rest of the materials included in the file, the prosecution mentions Viktor Petrushevski, linking him to the communications made with Sheholli in December 2024. According to the indictment, these communications indicate that Sheholli took steps to organize a meeting with Bojan Dimić, whom the Prosecution identifies as an officer of the Security and Information Agency of Serbia (BIA).
The prosecution claims that the meeting took place on December 25, 2024. In communications from that day, according to the indictment, Sheholli told Petrushevski that he was at the restaurant, and then sent him the phone number that investigators determined was used by Bojan Dimić.
Petrushevski told Alsat TV that he had discussed business with Shekoli and that he was unaware of his alleged connection to Serbian services.
He denies all information about his alleged connection to any intelligence network.
“I met Fatmir 2-3 years ago at a meeting where he was also present. He introduced himself to me then as the director of an institute. After a certain period of time, we began to communicate about political and economic developments in the region,” Petrushevski told Alsat.
Petrushevski was the director of AD Aerodromski Uslugi during the SDSM-led government, and in January 2021 he was appointed advisor to former Prime Minister Zoran Zaev on local self-government. In current Kosovo reports, Petrushevski is described as a businessman from Macedonia.
