Following a successful, coordinated investigation between the Ministry of Interior (MoI) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the administrator of the illicit online marketplace OLVX has been identified. The platform was used to offer stolen personal data, access credentials, and tools for committing cybercrimes.

The operation stemmed from initial information provided by the FBI, which led to a joint, coordinated investigation aimed at uncovering and suppressing criminal activities linked to the OLVXmarketplace.

“According to the evidence gathered, between 2023 and 2025, the suspect served as the administrator of domains and websites associated with the OLVXplatform. This platform functioned as an illegal marketplace for the sale of stolen digital data, software tools, and services designed for the commission of criminal offenses. The platform’s primary users were cybercriminals who bought and sold personal data, as well as access credentials for user accounts and the computer networks of victims.During the period the platform was operational, over 1,500 stolen access credentials were offered,” the Ministry of Interior (MoI) said in a press release.

Additionally, evidence has been secured showing that the suspect, using the Telegram application, acquired and possessed materials depicting the sexual abuse of children.
