A Macedonian woman has been arrested in Montenegro after it was reported that she ran over a dog with her car in a settlement in Ulcinj, and then tried to leave the country, Montenegrin media report.
According to unofficial information, the woman headed towards the border after the incident, but the police managed to stop her and detain her.
The Police Directorate of Montenegro informed that at around 4 pm they received a report that a person had run over a dog owned by a citizen with a vehicle.
Police officers in Ulcinj quickly found the vehicle and identified the person driving it – a Macedonian national, who was taken to the premises of the Security Department in Ulcinj.
