A total of 73,921 tourists spent 134,233 overnight stays by March 2026, the State Statistics Office (SSO) said Thursday.
Of the total number, 19.7% were domestic tourists, while 80.3% were foreigners. In terms of overnight stays, 26.5% were domestic, and 73.5% were foreign tourists.
Compared to the same period of the previous year, the total number of tourists in January-March 2026 went up by 5.2%. Among domestic tourists, there was an increase of 1.3%, and 6.9% od foreigners.
The total number of overnight stays dropped by 0.3% – 1.2% of domestic tourists, and 0.2% among foreign visitors.
