The life of the wife and two children (18 and 15 years old) of the suspect (56), against whom the Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office (PPO) Skopje has initiated proceedings for endangering security, was a long-lasting horror.
At the same time, no one dared to report him to the police until the disappointed daughter tried to commit suicide.
Although he constantly manifested aggressive behavior, the family did not report him out of fear, until the daughter (15), unable to withstand the threats, insults and pressure from her father, tried to take her own life.
The public prosecutor forwarded a proposal to the pre-trial judge for the determination of several precautionary measures: a ban on the suspect leaving his residence, an obligation to appear in court, a temporary confiscation of his travel documents, a ban on approaching or establishing, i.e. maintaining contact or relationship with the injured parties, and a ban on visiting the locations where they move.
