Three members of the Bellanoca criminal group were sentenced Tuesday to long prison terms for several crimes, TV Telma reports.
One of them received 20 years in prison, and another 11 years for criminal association related to the murder of Orhan Bajrami Oki, leader of the rival drug gang Duqandzik/Grchec, as well as the “Plasticharska” murder when 29-year-old Amar Ismani, a young singer and blogger, was killed.
The third defendant was sentenced to 4 years for the crime of extortion. The trial of Bellanoca leader Fatlum Ajeti Toti is still ongoing, as are other members of his gang who are being prosecuted for at least 8 murders, criminal association, extortion, threats, arson of buildings and cars. Toti is believed to be the alleged leader of Bellanoca.
