The ruling VMRO-DPMNE said it was disgusted by, as the party stated, the morbid and inhumane messages that are being spread from a profile that is publicly associated with structures close to the leader of the opposition SDSM, Venko Filipche.
The party assesses that at a time when the public is saying goodbye to the great Macedonian actor Goce Todorovski, it is unacceptable for someone to rejoice in his death and at the same time send messages that wish the death of other people.
The statement points out that the post with a photo of actors Vancho Petrushevski, Goce Todorovski and Bogdan Ilievski, with the caption “two down, one to go”, represents, as they say, “a clear morbid message of wishing the death of a young man, a public figure and a reporter”.
The ruling party demands that the competent institutions immediately react, investigate the case and identify the profile from which, according to them, the disputed messages were published.
VMRO-DPMNE expects the SDSM leader, as well as the party leadership, to publicly distance themselves from such messages, which it claims come from profiles behind which people close to them stand.
