Zoran Bašanović from Serbia, the person who insults the Macedonian people through the PR agency Eye Media, is Zoran Zaev’s friend in Greece, accuses VMRO-DPMNE MP Valentin Manasievski at a party press conference on Saturday.
Manasievski says that the former adviser received a salary of more than EUR 1,500 during Zaev’s rule and that “similar people find each other”.
“Bašanović and Miljan Ščekić from the Eye Media agency, from a Skopje hotel, conduct directly to SDSM’s HQ. These two are the source of all lies, manipulations and untruths coming from SDSM and Filipche”, said Manasievski.
According to the ruling party representative, Zoran Bašanović is a popular turbofolk manager and TV station owner in Serbia, a man who was arrested for stealing clothes in the USA.
“He was expelled from the SNS because he concluded contracts worth millions in dubious combinations, citing his close family relations with Aleksandar Vučić”.
According to Manasievski, he is a controversial figure, as well as a shady figure in the field of energy.
“Zoran Bašanović is the godfather of the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, with whom he is not in the best of relations, and therefore, Bašanović, through Zoran Zaev, Venko Filipche and SDSM, is attacking the SNS from Serbia, as well as President Aleksandar Vučić.”
VMRO-DPMNE accuses that all this is happening under Zaev’s instruction, and Filipche and SDSM say whatever Bašanović and Ščekić tell them.
“That is why we are no longer surprised by the statements and press conferences of SDSM and Filipche in which they attack President Vučić and the government in Serbia,” claims Manasievski.
