A 13-year-old minor lost his life in a traffic accident that occurred Thursday night on the Kumanovo-Skopje regional road, in the area of the village of Cherkezi.
According to information from the Ministry of Interior (MoI), the accident was reported on May 28 at 9:10 p.m. It involved a Mercedes passenger vehicle with Kumanovo license plates, driven by F.S. (24) from Kumanovo, and an electric scooter driven by a 13-year-old from the village of Cherkezi.
After the collision, the minor was urgently transported to the Kumanovo General Hospital, where doctors declared him dead at arrival.
Ten minutes later, at 9:20 p.m., the driver of the car was arrested and taken to the Kumanovo Police Station.
