The holiday regression, also known as K-15, is mandatory this year as well. As of December, a minimum of 9,610 denars should lie on the employees’ accounts.

According to the data on the net / gross wage movement per employee, K-15 for this year will range from 9,610 denars to 14,090 denars. The condition that must be met for the annual leave regression is that the employee worked for at least 6 months in the same calendar year with the same employer, and each employee is entitled to recourse once a year.

Employers who fail to pay K-15 will face heavy fines of up to 4,000 euros.

The same goes for those who give the K-15 and ask for it back from the employees.
