If necessary, the transport of people between cities and villages will be suspended, said Minister of Transport and Communications Goran Sugareski at Monday’s press conference.
– The government has adopted a measure to reduce by 50% the number of passengers in long distance transport and travel to be at least two meters apart. According to the Crisis Headquarters recommendations, the Ministry of Health and the Government if it is considered necessary to ban the transportation of people between cities and villages and that measure will be further adopted, Sugareski said in response to a reporter’s question at today’s government conference.
He pointed out that at the moment the recommendations in force are the only recommendation for serious reduction of the number of passengers in intercity transport.
