"Our recommendations were for teachers to be creative, to give their best in video
teaching and in certain links with a certain profile, especially in secondary vocational
education, it may not be a real compensation by realizing the students themselves in
practical teaching, but it is good in this way to organize, to give their best, "said the

He added that he could not support the decision to reduce public sector wages.
"I really can't support that because we have to motivate teachers, teachers are given
