3 patients die, 18 new COVID-19 cases in Macedonia

18 new COVID-19 cases have been registered in the country in the past 24 hours, informs the Ministry of Health. The total tally of coronavirus patients in Macedonia is now 1225.

Three COVID-19 patients have died in the past 24 hours. A 46-year-old woman from the village of Labunista, who was admitted to the Clinic for Infectious Diseases on March 29 and was on ventilators for a while, has died. A 71-year-old man from Prilep, admitted on April 15, has also died at the Clinic for Infectious Diseases.

Another 63-year-old woman from Kumanovo, who was admitted for hospital treatment with severe symptoms on April 6 and put on ventilators, has died at the “8 September” General Hospital in Skopje.
