The new government measures that oblige the citizens of Tetovo, Kumanovo and Prilep to wear medical masks are unacceptable for Tetovo Mayor Teuta Arifi.

In an interview with Alsat TV, she said that the municipal crisis headquarters would ask the government to make wearing masks only indoors. As for buying masks, Arifi says they would seek help as needed.

“We are in regular communication with the government, we will mention this concern there and we will give our explanation. The requirement will be that the protection measures apply to indoor and outdoor use. “If the decision remains the same without improvement, we will demand that the necessary amount be purchased for the citizens.”
