VMRO-DPMNE believes that SDSM, by refusing to convene a leadership meeting,
shows an immature attitude towards the most important issues in the country.
For VMRO-DPMNE, the priority is not the elections, but the health of the citizens and
the economy, reads the party's reaction after today's press conference of SDSM
Vice President Kosta Petrov, who said that now there was no need for a leadership
meeting, nor was the right time to discuss elections.
– We urge for reasonable and mature behavior. No one from VMRO-DPMNE
mentioned quick elections, and SDSM continues to falsely interpret things. On the
one hand, they are briefing election dates, initiating semi-secret initiatives to convene
the Assembly, fighting for Zaev's seat, and on the other hand, publicly saying they
are concerned about the health of citizens, VMRO-DPMNE said in its reaction.
