The President of the United States of America Donald Trump withdrew yesterday's
claims for injecting disinfectants as a possible treatment for the infected people and
said that he was just sarcastic, reports Anadolu.
On Thursday Trump posed the question as to whether ultraviolet rays and
disinfectants, which are poisonous, could be used to treat the coronavirus. On Friday
Trump walked back the statement, saying he asked the questions “sarcastically” to
reporters, however, that assertion was not made clear at the time.
