The Ministry of Health has a number of shortcomings in dealing with the COVID-19 epidemic, said Dr. Milan Risteski.
“The moment of R0 under 1, the dismantling of the hospital, and now its re-installation, suddenly facing the takeover of personnel from other cities, which is a question of how well trained it is to use the protection equipment. Let’s say that what I saw today in Stip’s Gynecology Clinic is probably a consequence of improper management of the protection equipment,” explained Risteski, pointing out the shortcomings of the Health Ministry.
Risteski adds that currently in Macedonia there are more people in self-isolation than there are police officers in the country, it is impossible for police officers to keep people in self-isolation.
