A Strasbourg court has accepted an appeal by former Criminal Court President Vladimir Pancevski for the search of the Special Public Prosecutor’s Office of his home.
Judge Pancevski’s case before the Court in Strasbourg has passed the second phase of examining the admissibility of the appeal.
To protect his reputation and dignity, Judge Vladimir Pancevski filed criminal charges with the Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office against the President of the Basic Court Gevgelija, further against Katica Janeva, as well as against other participants in the conduct of searches, including other MoI employees at the Special Public Prosecutor’s Office.
The criminal charges were made public, and at the same time from the video of the home video surveillance from the home of Judge Pancevski and the entire Macedonian public could testify that one of the officials from the Ministry of Interior during the search of the home secretly or illegally took the key.
