The injection of 28 million euros through the domestic payment card, i.e. through the
increase of private consumption in a short period of time aimed at domestic products
will amortize the economic decline, said Minister of Finance Nina Angelovska.
“With a simulation – if these 28 million euros are poured into the economy, exactly as
intended in those sectors for domestic products and services, we can mitigate the
decline of 0.7 to 0.9 percentage points,” says Angelovska.
The purpose of this measure, adds Angelovska, because consumption participates
with 65% in the domestic gross domestic product is to stimulate economic activity.
