Finance Minister Nina Angelovska left just 8,300 EUR in her deposit account in the now bankrupt Eurostandard Bank. In the first financial report she submitted after taking office, last September, her bank account was much thicker. At that time, Angelovska had a foreign currency deposit of 51,233 euros, and a denar yield of over 12 million denars or 198,000 euros, Sitel TV reports.

The Anti-Corruption Commission is investigating whether Angelovska had inside information about the situation in the bank. More in Sitel’s analysis.
