Minister of Labor and Social Policy Jagoda Shahpaska and Minister of Health Venko Filipche confirmed that the kindergartens are ready to reopen in line with special protocols on September 9 (Wednesday).
“Kindergartens will work in accordance with the established protocol for the activities in the institutions after the lifting of the state of emergency, which was adopted by the government on May 29 and has been submitted to all child care institutions. The analysis of the data from the kindergartens showed that they are ready to start working next Wednesday and to receive and care for the children in line with protocols established by the Commission for Infectious Diseases, Shahpaska said.
Children of single parents and those whose parents can’t work from home take priority, Shahpaska said.
