Health Minister Venko Filipche in an interview for Radio Free Europe says that the Skopje schools will not receive a license for in-person teaching for the higher grades.

“If the school is in Skopje and wants to make an exception and apply for a permit for the fourth and fifth grade students to be physically present from the beginning of October, we will not allow that,” the minister said.

Regarding the celebrations, Filipche says that there are still mini clusters that appear from events where people did not respect the preventive measures.
