Health Minister Venko Filipche expressed concern about the increased mortality of patients infected with COVID-19 and said that they are analyzing why this is so. According to his latest information, more patients died in the last 24 hours.
“It is true that the number of deaths as a result of COVID-19 has increased in the last three days, in the last three days. Previously the percentage was 6.5, now it is around 8. We are doing an analysis, we do not want to allow ourselves to have crowded hospitals. That analysis will be completed at the beginning of next week and we will be able to say what is due to it and whether something additional should be done,” said Filipche.
