Macedonians living in Germany, in an open letter through the media addressed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs asking it to optimize the services of the services in the country where they work and live.

The number Macedonian immigrants to Germany is growing each year, which increases the need for accurate and fast information, but the way our diplomatic and consular missions operate has remained unchanged.

“We assess the services we receive from them as unworthy and insufficient for us. These services are at an outdated level and do not offer a flexible, efficient and worthy service to our citizens in Germany. The two main problems that start this initiative are the procedure for renewal of the passport and the general availability of information,” reads the written initiative of the group of Macedonians residing in Germany.
