According to the Public Health Institute’s weekly report for September 28-October 4, a total of 9,832 COVID-19 tests were carried out in North Macedonia, 1.5% more than in the previous week, the Health Ministry said in a press release Thursday.
Of these, 1,203 people tested positive for coronavirus, a 35.5% increase compared to the week before. New cases were registered in 31 cities throughout the country, the majority of which in Skopje.Moreover, 30 patients passed away, a 7.1 % increase compared to the previous week.
